This event promises to be one of the best fundraisers ever! It is being held at the wonderful Phippen Museum from 4:00-9:00 pm on Saturday, November 13th. The live band, the Rusty Pistols Reloaded, will be entertaining guests before and during the wonderful, catered meal by Big Daddy E’s. There will be a Silent Auction offering gift baskets revolving around ten themes (see below). Our LIVE Auction will be one of the evening’s highlights. Mr. Ralph Harris is our auctioneer this year. We are in the process of rounding up items now. We anticipate exciting bidding with our amazing collection! Stay tuned to our exciting roll out of items.


All proceeds go to Horses with Heart to support our Therapeutic riding program; the Veterans, active Military, First Responders program; the HwH Competition Team; and the Marvelous Minis outreach program.

  • Diamond: $1000 - Includes 6 tickets ($450 value), logo on marketing materials, media acknowledgement

  • Gold: $500 - Includes 4 tickets ($300 value), logo on marketing materials, media acknowledgement

  • Silver: $250 - Includes 2 tickets ($150 value), name on marketing materials, media acknowledgement

  • Bronze: $100 - Includes 1 ticket ($75 value), media acknowledgement

Silent Auction:

This year we will have 10 silent auction collections. Each of the collections have a theme. If you would like to donate to our silent auction (and we hope you do), we ask that you select one or more of our themes and donate items to that collection. We will begin accepting donations October 4 (beginning of Session IV) for Sequins and Saddles-themed collections. Our themes for this year are:

  • Western inspired

  • Horse goodies

  • I love my dog

  • Christmas Cheer

  • Game night

  • Home movie night

  • Macho Man

  • Golf Pro

  • Wine and Cheese

  • Coffee Magic
