Therapeutic horsemanship for the special needs and veteran communities of Northern Arizona.

Our goal for each participant is to reach their maximum potential and independence. Each day, miracles occur: riders lost inside themselves start interacting with their special horses and volunteers… veterans with PTSD and severe anxiety immerse themselves in the care of their horses—often released from taking medication because of their ranch time. Riders with serious illnesses get stronger and more capable. Even people in the most severe emotional pain have reached out to their horses—to life—thanks to Horses with Heart.
